  Incompetent as always. Brought my phone to check if it will work on Verizon and the guy said it won't without moving a fingernand that I need to buy another one. He didn't know anything about my phone. Guy said they don't have a test SIM card and that he can't know if it will work without taking all my info and running a credit. After me asking for a manager, he said he is the manager. After asking for a name, he asked why I want to know his name. After telling him I will file a complaint, he told me to leave his store. He said his name was Kyle Callari. Different store has a SIM card.
