  I was very disappointed with the service, rudeness and lack of efficiency of a male employee who works in that office. I went there to mail two packages. He was unable to find the address, claiming that it wasn’t in the system. I have been sending packages to this address for over 10 years without any problems. Then I gave him P.O. box number to the same city for the other package and same story. Told him that I have send packages to that address before, and he didn’t even have the decency to ask someone else or look into it further. I immediately went to the post office in Rosemont (Higgins) and within 5 minutes it was all taken care of. I have just moved to Park Ridge and it sad to say that I had to go to another town to mail my packages. I will make a official complaint about this incident because I do have the name of this person but wanted to share my experience. Will not go there again even if it’s 2 minutes from where I live.
