  horrible customer service. always VERY rude. i would definitely go to the other starbucks uptown. the other starbucks i always walk in and they greet me and always make me smile saying something really sweet. i go to this starbucks and they are rude and all of them have no personality. also if you did not purchase anything they won't give you a water. i go to big starbucks and they give me whatever size water i want whenever i want i don't need to purchase something.
