  I called fastechs after receiving a letter from Comcast informing me that my DNS had been highjacked. I called them to adress the issue and after a hefty bill was informed that the issue was fixed. I was happy with their assurance however a month after their visit I received a second letter informing me that the problem still existed and that my service would soon be cut off if the issue wasn't resolved soon. A second tech came out and looked at the pc for over three hours and again ensured me that the issue was fixed. I was billed for the second visit but was sure that this would be the last of it. Shortly there after my internet was dropped and I had to pay another company in park ridge to resolve the issue before Comcast agreed to turn on my service. The other tech resolved the issue and called Comcast on my behalf. It took him a whole 30 min to fix what in his words was a very simple issue.
  
  I will never again be using this service for anything. Its was bad enough to charge me twice for the same repair, but to not have the issue fixed is pathetic. Look else where there are several better organizations.

  Fastechs has kept ALL of my business and home computer needs performing perfectly- in my 10 years of business! I honestly can't thank them enough! I do not know much about the inner workings of computers and they have fixed/ explained/ repaired all of my needs and issues promptly and efficiently!
