  This man who calls himself a doctor, cursed out my wife multiple times on the phone for a "non payment" issue. Not only did the "service" he provided do nothing for us but we hit our deductible well before the visit so BCBS was going to cover it in full. Mr. Abern never turned in the bill to BCBS like he said he would, and in turn sent us to collections ( the bill has since been paid by BCBS, just like we said ). Medical insurance is clearly a complicated issue nowadays but I have work my tail off to support my family to ensure our bills are always paid and my credit is in good standing. This man SCREAMED at my wife on the phone ( which we have recordings of ). He wouldn't let her speak and when I called to discuss, he screamed at me and hung up. I will be taking this far up as many chains as possible but if you are recommended to this man, do so at your own risk. Absolutely horrible practice and even worse human being.
