  Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I feel taken advantage of. These guys swapped out my phone battery after telling me that my phone's problem would be fixed if I just wiped it. Well I wiped it and the problem persisted. Unfortunately I was already out $50-something for the battery replacement (which I told them to do only if they fixed the other issue). I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway.
