  It’s a master piece. The wings are amazing the buffalo sauce At the bottom makes it great. I’m not a sausage person but I loved the deep dish with sausage.10/10 would eat again

  If you are in Chicago and you love pizza, Lou Malnati’s Pizza is MUST try for you! Since I am out of towner, I ate this fantastic pizza twice in three days!

  Do you like to wait over half an hour for cold, soggy pizza? Then make Lou Malnati's Park Ridge location your carry-out pizza destination.
  
  If I had received a simple "I'm sorry for the mix-up" I wouldn't be writing this negative review.
  
  Some advice Lou Malnati's,
  When a customer is waiting over 15 minutes, just check on their pizza.
  When a waiting customer asks you to check on a pizza, don't pass the buck, I asked 3 times about my order, no one bothered! The manger finally checked and walked out with the cold pizza seconds later. I asked where the pizza had been for the last half hour? His response was "Oh, it should be fine, if it's not ok call me"???!!!!
  When you make a mistake, acknowledge it and try to correct it.
  
  There are other locations, I'll give them a try because the product CAN be really good, never patronizing the Park Ridge location again.
